Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the meeting schedules, processing orders, and issuing material for jobs to meet tactical and strategic goals.
  • Work with customer to status backlog list weekly.
  • Review all existing orders and provide status to BUM
  • Enter all customer Purchase Order into ERP.
  • Create all jobs for all platform assemblies and spare parts.
  • Manage CSI parts for spares orders and create jobs to cover any shortages.
  • Issue all materials to jobs and close jobs for shipment
  • Issue jobs for internal machining to support all customer orders.
  • Create BOMs for all RMA jobs.
  • Work with Inventory control, shipping and BUM to coordinate all spare parts orders.
  • Proactively monitor project needs, identify project risks and put in place and execute on mitigation plans.
  • Organize and lead regular scheduled project meetings to identify required actions and its timely completion.
  • Develops Project Milestone Schedule with schedule compression strategy. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field; engineering preferred.
  • Project management experience with a high technology, product development team preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Ability to understand complex BOMs and manage shortage.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project leader accountability, general business knowledge, multi-tasking ability, strong interpersonal communication skills and flexibility.
  • Intermediate / Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
