Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient team player with a strong attention to detail to work as a Scheduling Assistant. This is an administrative office position which works alongside, and supports, the Lead Scheduler performing clerical/scheduling activities for our Automation Division.   Starting pay is $18.00 an hour!

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Confirm travel dates with Project Managers for the upcoming work week.
  • Coordinate with appropriate personnel on upcoming travel dates and assignments.
  • Data Entry and reporting.
  • Assist Lead Scheduler with the planning and coordination of production schedules for required sub-assemblies.
  • Other Activities as Requested. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic, excellent organization and prioritization skills and the ability to identify and complete responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Office Tools.
  • E2 Software and SmartSheets experience a plus.
  • Team-oriented with solid interpersonal skills and office etiquette
  • Fast learner with strong analytical skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good business judgement and discretion
  • Complete work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask and display flexibility while carrying out duties.
