Job Description

Setup and perform technical electronic test functions with aide of written procedures and instructions.
" Use of schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
" Technicians will use oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and automated tests sets.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

" In depth knowledge of digital and analog principles required.
" Understanding of electronic circuitry and component function required.
" PC skills are required for data entry and use of test software.
" Demonstrates ability to read schematics and troubleshoot simple circuits.
" Must have experience with commonly used test equipment such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, power supplies and network analyzer.
" Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.
" Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.
" High level of attention to detail.
" Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
" Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 soldering certification.

Education and/or Experience:

" High school diploma or GED required.
" Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology from an accredited college or university or a minimum of 3 years digital and basic electronics experience required.
" RF test experience is highly preferred.
" Must be a US Citizen.
" Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Knowledge of J-STD-OO1 preferred and ability to obtain certification once employed is required
