Technical Recruiter 

We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven, self-motivated Technical Recruiter to add to our growing staffing division at PDSI.  The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies and developing talent pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, and fill staffing requirements in a timely manner. 

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Engineering/Technical experience in the staffing industry required – (Engineers, Skilled Trades, Designers)
  • Proven track record with full cycle recruiting.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated individual that is upbeat and service oriented. 

Compensation is commensurate with experience to include yearly bonus and benefits such as holiday, vacation, medical and dental insurance, along with 401(k) and profit sharing.
