Job Description

As an administrative assistant, you will be providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Data Entry - setting up quotes and entering orders
Filing/Scanning
Generating reports
Order Entry
Processing shipping paperwork including arranging pickup (UPS, FedEx, LTL) when applicable
Working with purchasing, sales, and production
Greet and assist visitors
Team player

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years general clerical support experience
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge of:
" General office practices and equipment.
" Standard computer software applications.
" Records management principles and standards.
" Customer service standards and protocol.

Required Skill in:
" Multitasking - Coordinating and performing a variety of general administrative functions.
" Preparing correspondence, reports, and other departmental documentation.
" Updating and maintaining departmental records and filing systems.
" Strong communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.
" Great attention to detail and organizational skills
" Ability to work independently and within a team
" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
" Computer skills
