Job Description

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company quality system
  • Assist during yearly external audit for ISO 9001 Quality System
  • Conduct internal audits and spot audits, as needed
  • Assist in controlling and updating all ISO documents an forms utilizing the DCR process
Perform Inspections
  • Perform IP (in-process)  inspections throughout production to verify personnel are properly following policies & procedures
  • Verify inspection points: SMT, AOI, HA, Selective Solder, Hand Solder, Conformal Coat, Final Inspect, Shipping, Parts Prep
  • Verify proper utilization of shop travelers, drawings, test procedures, ISO 9001, forms, ESD, controls, handling, etc.
  • Verify slide lines are using AEGIS look-back system
  • Inspect incoming components and PCBs, as required, utilizing the SAP system, BOMs and customer drawings
  • Perform final inspection on assemblies, as needed
  • Perform 1st piece inspections, as needed
Assist in corrective action processes
  • Assist in the investigation and completion of CARs issued from customers
  • Assist in issuing and follow-up of all types of corrective actions: CCARs, ICARs, SCARs,
Assist in problem solving and analysis, as needed
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the calibration and ESD systems
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of PPAP documents
  • Create and update documents such as process flows, control plans, PFMEAS, packaging plans, etc.
  • Coordinate completion of PPAPs due to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain documents and proper revisions of electronically on the network
