Job Description


We build solutions for our customers by leveraging cutting edge desktop and web user interface technology to deliver products for our users. This is completed by using Agile and Scrum methodology to deliver high quality software and act quickly on customer feedback to make changes. Products are managed and delivered leveraging an automated CI/CD release pipeline in Azure DevOps to ensure accurate, efficient, secure and consistent deployments. In summary, we make great software to efficiently create and deliver exceptionally useful product support content to the desktop, mobile and web platforms.


" Four to six (4-6) years of experience in a role implementing and making key architecture design decisions, mentoring more entry-level software developers, and supporting successful software delivery is required
" A minimum of two (2) years of experience participating in all phases of the software development life cycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, release, and maintenance) is required
" Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency of development domains, including, languages, frameworks, development tools, and utilities is required
" Excellent knowledge of the ASP.NET MVC Web Stack (.Net Core preferred), C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript (Typescript a plus), IIS, and Visual Studio
" Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and AngularJS/Angular
" When needed, possess a willingness to provide support to applications developed in other technologies such as ColdFusion or Perl
" Prefer experience developing and deploying iOS/Android applications either natively or with frameworks such as Xamarin
" Experience with Git (or other distributed version control system) and Azure DevOps is a plus
" A firm grasp of software design patterns and development methodologies like Agile and Scrum
" Degree in a technical field is preferred, but not required
