Job Description

Growing electronics manufacturer in Northern Cincinnati is looking to add a RF Engineer to their team.  The RF Engineer is responsible to design, analyze, document, and verify RF circuits and modules including receivers, transmitters, LNAs, oscillators, PLLs, and filters.  In addition, they will develop performance validation methodology and production test/alignment processes. Excellent multi-disciplinary design team!  Great pay and benefits!

Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience in RF filter and amplifier design, supporting circuitry, impedance matching, evaluating performance tradeoffs, and analysis at frequencies less than 2.5GHz.
Experience using Genesys RF simulation software or similar.
Experience in mixed-signal PCB layout and familiarity with PCB design software.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Effectively and efficiently communicate with other departments, including manufacturing, planning, engineering and management.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customer in verbal and written formats.


  • BSEE from an ABET accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with RF modeling and simulation.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Experience with military standards and specifications a plus but not required.
